1. Compression molding

The commonly used molding method is to produce rubber products with complex shapes such as leather bowls and sealing rings, by placing the rubber material in the mold and heating it into shape with the help of molded yin and yang molds.

2 injection molding

Used for relatively messy rubber products, such as tire treads, rubber hoses, and metal wires, which require injection molding for surface coating.

It is a method of continuously shaping a mixture of rubber with certain plasticity by placing it into the hopper of an extruder and extruding it through various mouth shapes, also known as templates, under the pressure of the screw.

It is necessary to preheat the rubber material before extrusion to make it soft and easy to extrude, and then obtain rubber products with smooth appearance and precise dimensions.

3 Rolling forming

Suitable for making simple sheet and plate-shaped products. It is a method of pressing the mixed rubber into a film of a certain thickness and width through a rolling machine, called rolling molding.

It is necessary to apply a thin layer of adhesive on the textile fiber materials used in some rubber products such as tires, rubber tapes, and rubber hoses. The adhesive coating process is usually completed on a rolling mill.

Fiber materials need to be dried and impregnated with glue before rolling, with the intention of reducing the moisture content of the fiber material, avoiding water evaporation and foaming, and improving the temperature of the fiber material to ensure the quality of the rolling process.

Immersing glue is a necessary process before hanging glue, with the aim of improving the bonding performance between fiber materials and adhesive materials.
