1. Applications in the automotive industry: suspension components, front and rear bumpers, instrument panels, etc; Body and body components, hard shell roof, anti slip floor, baffle, sunshade, engine hood; Engine hood components, air guide cover, intake pipe cover, fan guide ring, engine sound insulation panel; Interior decorative components: door handles, dashboard, steering rod components.
2. Applications in railway cars: seats, coffee table countertops; Railway vehicle window frames, carriage wall panels and roof panels, railway signal responders.
3. Applications in Electrical and Communication Engineering: Electrical Enclosures: Electrical Switch Boxes, Electrical Distribution Boxes, Cable Distribution Box Enclosures, Terminal Distributors; Electronic engineering applications: antenna reflector, radar cover, printed circuit board; Electrical components: insulators, insulation operation tools, motor commutators; Application of communication equipment: telephone casing, cable distribution box, telephone booth.
4. Application in construction engineering: high-rise roof water tanks, purification tanks; Shower equipment: such as bathtub, sink, waterproof tray, toilet; Building templates, storage room components: such as wall panels, ceilings, door frames.
5. Other applications: containers, pole clamps, tool hammer and shovel handles, tableware, shelf pallets. Packaging, transportation, and storage of SMC series molding materials are packaged in composite film bags, wrapped and packed into cardboard boxes; Be cautious of heavy pressure, heat, moisture, and packaging damage during transportation& gt; The impact of sheet molding plastics on the environment
The production and molding of sheet molding plastics have much less impact on the environment than the commonly used hand pasted fiberglass process. There is no significant environmental pollution problem in this project, which has been confirmed by environmental monitoring results of similar production plants at home and abroad. Due to the closed mold molding process of sheet molding plastics, only a small amount of styrene gas is released during the mold lifting and deflation process.
According to the national standard (tJ36-79), the concentration of styrene in the workshop must be less than 40mg/m3, and this project fully complies with the requirements of the national standard. Waste gas can be extracted and discharged at high altitudes. The production process does not require water, and there is no sewage treatment problem. The noise of sheet production lines and presses is much lower than that of general metal cutting machines.
