Molding strengths:

(7) It is possible to place a large number of mold cavities on a given template, resulting in a high production rate.

SMC advocates the pressing process:
 
1. Pressing time: In principle, the thickness of the product should be about 1 minute per 1mm, which can be adjusted according to the actual situation
 
2. Pressing temperature: Positive (glossy surface of the product)/Non positive: 146-150 ℃/138-142 ℃. Note: This temperature is the surface temperature of the mold.
 
3. Forming pressure: greater than 100Kgf/cm2.
